Logistics Manager

Required work experience: 3–6 years

Full-time, Cherkasy

 Beehive company invites candidates for the vacancy of the Logistics Manager. The workplace is located in the village Chernyavka, Cherkasy region, organized transportation of employees in the morning and evening from/to the city of Cherkasy.

Duties:

• Receiving and timely processing of orders;
• Organization of international transport in the directions Europe, USA, Canada, Asia: auto, air, sea transport;
• Coordination of transportation at all stages (from the moment of placing the order to receiving the order at the warehouse of the buyer);
• Obtaining special permits for shipment (quality certificate, veterinary certificate, etc.);
• Regular search for new carriers, monitoring of the carriers market;
• Optimization of logistics costs;
• Organization of domestic transport;

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of the rules of Incoterms, and the rules for filling foreign economic activity documentation for customs clearance: invoice, packing list, bill of lading;
• Experience of 3 years in positions: foreign trade manager, logistics, customs broker.
