KIEF 2024 – a discussion panel “The code of sustainability” in business in challenging conditions will be held

30.10.2024

This year, the panel discussion theme at the Kyiv International Economic Forum is “Code of Resilience: Business at the Intersection of Challenges and Opportunities.” Participants will discuss how businesses in Ukraine are adapting to new realities, including the destruction of supply chains, labor shortages, inflation, asset destruction, relocation, and security risks that companies have faced since the onset of the full-scale invasion.

Ukrainian companies continue to operate despite these challenges and have become reliable partners for the state and defense forces. The panel will explore how the war has transformed business in Ukraine, what risk management strategies are most effective, and how to find a code of resilience in the most unpredictable circumstances.

Panel Speakers:

  • Natalia Yaromenko — Owner of the cosmetic brands Lamel Ukraine and LN Pro, founder and CEO of Beauty Tech Corp, which has successfully entered the U.S. market.
  • Ruslan Shostak — Founder of the national retail chains EVA and VARUS, President of the TERWIN Corporation, which is implementing a major logistics project in Ukraine.
  • Andrii Zdesenko — Founder and CEO of Biosphere Corporation, which is undergoing a significant business transformation and actively expanding into international markets.
