Your responsibilities:

• Independently manage all areas of the company’s accounting and tax accounting in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and IFRS requirements
• Prepare financial, tax, and management reporting
• Process payments, control banking operations, and liaise with banks
• Account for capital investments, control the formation of asset initial cost and capitalization of expenses during the plant construction phase
• Oversee accounting for contracts with contractors, equipment suppliers, and consultants
• Support foreign economic activity (FEA) operations, equipment imports, and VAT refunds
• Participate in the annual audit (document preparation)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring compliance with the company’s financial discipline, policies, and procedures
• Monitoring budget execution across companies and projects, controlling current payments and expenses
• Analyzing financial results, preparing management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Participating in the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring budget execution
• Conducting variance analysis of plan vs. actual results
• Monitoring financial risks and preparing recommendations for their mitigation
• Overseeing contracts, financial terms, and obligations to counterparties
• Optimizing internal business processes in the finance function
• Preparing analytical materials for management

Areas of Responsibility

• Developing, updating, and monitoring the execution of the integrated project schedule
• Managing the project team, contracting organizations, and equipment suppliers
• Initiating, approving, and implementing technical and engineering solutions
• Researching and implementing optimal market solutions for equipment and construction materials
• Building and developing the plant’s operational team
• Ensuring the receipt of all necessary permits and regulatory documents
• Organizing systematic reporting to investors and key stakeholders
• Ensuring project deadlines are met and target operational indicators are achieved

Key Tasks

• Systematizing the HR function: auditing and developing processes (recruitment, onboarding, automation)
• Executive Search: sourcing and attracting top management
• Team building: coordinating hiring for manufacturing enterprises and business units
• HR strategy: developing organizational design to support scaling
• Organizational structure: optimizing structure, documenting business processes
• C&B and KPIs: implementing motivation systems tied to business goals

• Has experience in international/corporate law
• Has confident command of English (spoken and written)
• Understands the principles of foreign economic activity, including the extension of deadlines for settlements on certain export and import transactions
• Is well-versed in corporate legislation
• Has experience in court practice
• Understands issues of international taxation and structuring
• Is systematic, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
• Has a desire for self-development

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales within agri, feed, pet food, aquaculture, fats & proteins, or related industries
• Strong understanding of animal proteins, fats, and feed ingredients markets
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience in international negotiations
• High level of independence, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work with long sales cycles
• Willingness to travel regularly
