DOC.UA and Medychna Zirka Launch a Digital Healthcare Service for Businesses — “Team Health”

25.03.2026

DOC.UA and the private clinic network Medychna Zirka have launched a new product for corporate clients — the digital healthcare service “Team Health.” The solution enables businesses to systematically support employee health and create conditions for stable team performance without excessive sick leave and overload.

The service serves as an alternative to traditional corporate health insurance and aims to shift the business approach to employee health from treatment reimbursement to systematic prevention.

“Team Health” combines unlimited online medical consultations with preventive on-site health checkups. Employees gain access to general practitioners, pediatricians, and specialized doctors through the DOC.UA mobile application in just a few clicks. Online consultations are available regardless of the work format — in the office, remotely, or during business travel.

In addition to online consultations, the service includes on-site visits by a corporate physician 1–2 times per year. During these visits, preventive checkups, laboratory sample collection, and vaccinations are carried out directly at the office or production facility.

“The world’s most successful companies have long stopped viewing employee health as an expense — it is a strategic investment in productivity and business resilience. In Ukraine, this approach is only beginning to take shape, and businesses now have the opportunity to set a new standard of responsible employee care. Over the next 5–7 years, Ukrainian companies will compete not only for markets but also for talent. Those that build a systematic culture of care for their teams will succeed. We provide a modern and effective tool for corporate social responsibility,” said Igor Liski, CEO and majority investor of DOC.UA.

The “Team Health” service is easily integrated into the corporate culture of companies of any size — from small and medium-sized businesses to large industrial enterprises.

“The Ukrainian corporate segment is accustomed to working with health insurance that reimburses treatment costs. Businesses spend resources on insurance but do not always achieve systematic results. We have built a direct model without intermediaries, which allowed us to reduce costs for businesses while increasing functionality for employees. A preventive model is more cost-effective than a reactive one. About 70–80% of typical medical requests can be resolved online without interrupting work processes. That is why we offer regular access to doctors as part of a company’s social responsibility infrastructure,” noted Iryna Dylova, Executive Director of DOC.UA.

What Employees Receive

Employees gain access to:

  • unlimited online consultations with doctors without queues or travel to clinics, saving 2–3 hours of working time
  • electronic prescriptions, referrals, and sick leave certificates registered in the national eHealth system and available in a personal account
  • full confidentiality, as consultations are conducted via secure communication channels compliant with international HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) security standards, ensuring protection of medical privacy

Employers receive only aggregated analytics without access to employees’ personal medical data. This allows companies to assess general health trends within their workforce and plan preventive measures while maintaining full confidentiality of personal information.

How the Service Works

After signing an agreement, employees receive access promo codes. To activate the corporate package, they simply download the DOC.UA mobile application, complete their profile, and enter the code.

Companies can choose from three service packages — Basic, Expert, and Premium, each customizable according to specific business needs.

The Basic package includes unlimited consultations with a general practitioner on duty from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on business days. Extended packages include consultations with specialized doctors as well as on-site visits by a corporate physician and medical teams to offices or production facilities.

Additionally, DOC.UA personal assistants help employees find required medications at the best price and convenient locations, schedule appointments with specialists upon referral, and select optimal diagnostic centers for examinations. Company employees also receive special offers, promotions, and discounts for doctor appointments, diagnostics, and laboratory testing.
