B2B Sales Manager (Export, Western Europe)

FEEDNOVA LTD is an international manufacturing company with a full-cycle production of animal proteins and fats. For over 5 years, we have been successfully operating in export markets and are now expanding our sales team in Western Europe.

We are looking for a strong B2B Sales Manager who is skilled at building long-term partnerships, working with international clients, and directly influencing their income through results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales in export markets across Western Europe (Germany, France, Benelux, Italy, Spain) within the feed industry, pet food, aquaculture, oleochemicals, and biofuels sectors
  • Manage and further develop an existing client portfolio within the assigned region
  • Handle the full sales cycle: from initial contact to contract signing
  • Lead negotiations and agree on commercial terms
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing environment
  • Participate in international trade fairs and industry events
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within agri, feed, pet food, aquaculture, fats & proteins, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of animal proteins, fats, and feed ingredients markets
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in international negotiations
  • High level of independence, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work with long sales cycles
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Nice to Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in international sales within relevant or related industries
  • Knowledge of additional European languages (besides English)
  • Veterinary or relevant agricultural education
  • Valid driver’s license and own car
