EFI Group is a Ukrainian investment company dedicated to creating ecosystem projects and fostering economic independence in Ukraine. Established in 2007, our company focuses on industrial manufacturing, healthcare and medtech, paper, food, wood processing, and agricultural product supply.

Our journey began in 2002 in Lugansk with the establishment of a management center for enterprises in the mining, processing, and engineering industries. This center evolved into the nationwide Effective Investments group in 2007, with a strategic focus on attracting direct investment and executing large-scale projects within the domestic economy.

Today the corporate center of the company operates in various areas: healthcare, paper, food, and woodworking industries, the development and implementation of energy-saving solutions, gas trading, and agricultural supplies. Under the leadership of Igor Liski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, we tackle complex investment challenges with comprehensive market analysis and cutting-edge technology.

With operations spanning five regions of Ukraine and a control center in Kyiv, EFI Group excels in both domestic and international markets.
