DOC.ua reduces the risk of disease for doctors and patients. Medical Online Hub provides remote express consultations with medical professionals. First of all, the new service will involve therapists with whom you can consult the symptoms of coronavirus, ARV, flu and a number of other diseases.
The consultation allows you to quickly get a specialist’s recommendation and make the right decision regarding the need for further treatment. The doctor contacts the patient within 30 minutes after ordering, and the conversation lasts from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. The number of consultations for one client is not limited. The service is available from 8:00 to 21:00 wherever there is internet coverage. Qualified doctors are involved in providing the service to help understand the problem and recommend an algorithm for action but do not prescribe treatment or medication. DOC.ua is advised to describe the problem in detail when creating a consultation request, to indicate whether the purpose or results of the analysis. This will increase the effectiveness of communication with your doctor.
“We planned to introduce this service later, but the situation is that right now it will be most useful for people,” said Sergiy Kazantsev, founder of DOC.ua. – Patients and doctors have the opportunity to communicate remotely – limited direct contact, which certainly protects in quarantine conditions during a pandemic coronavirus. At the same time, keep in mind that qualified health care professionals work with us – the best advice you can find is in them, not in the comments on online forums. You do not need to go to the hospital once again, queuing up to the front desk and the doctor. People’s lives are getting safer.”
We would remind that earlier DOC.ua reported that it directs all its profits to support medical institutions of Ukraine during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the first phase, the company acquires certified medical equipment for the Cherkasy and Zhytomyr hospitals: oxygen concentrators, cardio monitors, protective shields and artificial ventilation apparatus.
