DOC.ua Operations Director Nataliya Bondarchuk shared her experience in financial planning for the Medical Marketing Community

DOC.ua Operations Director Nataliya Bondarchuk spoke at the offline event “How to build marketing for 2024: strategy, resources and tools” for the Medical Marketing Community on December 6.

In times of total uncertainty, Ukrainian business continues to do everything possible to overcome today’s challenges with maximum efficiency – it works on development plans, plans budgets for future periods, creates growth strategies.

Natalia Bondarchuk has been an expert in finance for over 20 years, including in private medicine. At a meeting with the audience of the Medical Marketing Community, the operational director of DOC.ua shared her own many years of experience in drawing up a budget to help businesses achieve their goals.

“We all understand that the Ukrainian economy, especially now, should not just stop, but develop – this is extremely important for the country. Therefore, I defined as my tasks at the meeting with representatives of the medical business of Ukraine, firstly, the dissemination of experience and practical life hacks regarding creation of the basis of any business planning for the future period – the budget.

And secondly, to inspire listeners and add faith that in difficult times it is important and, most importantly, possible to master stress, create effective strategies and move in the direction of growth,” Nataliya Bondarchuk notes.

Anna Shved, marketing director of DOBROBUT Medical Network, and Anastasia Bortnik, strategic management expert, ICF business coach, PhD, lecturer at the School of Public Health of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, also acted as lecturers at the event for the Medical Marketing Community.
