06.07.2018

The secrets of making paper from waste paper and the principles of technology work using large-scale industrial production demonstrated to the young inventor from Zakarpattya region Valentina Frechka at the Zhytomyr Cardboard Factory.

The technical director of the company, Alexey Kovtanyuk, showed the young man the full cycle of production and conducted an excursion to the production workshops. Valentin Frechka is a schoolboy from Transcarpathia, who invented the technology of manufacturing paper from fallen leaves.  Young man with his scientific work took part in many national and foreign contests: he won the golden prize and the Grand Prix at the International Golden Olympics Olympiad and won the Olympiad in the USA. There he chose the gold medal Genius Olympiad 2018.

“If you compare the production that I saw today with the production that I offer, then it is radically different, because the waste paper is used here. And the waste paper is ready-made cellulose. In my work there are stages of obtaining this pulp, the technological line. And directly as it is already modified in paper of different density. In general, to this project, I came about a year and a half ago “, – says the young inventor Valentin Frechko.

The cardboard plant says they are ready to support the young inventor and help him realize his scientific project.

“Valentin’s experience and aspirations are very interesting for us. We always have a place for such personnel, for professionals, for those who are looking for progressive young people. We are always open, we know that Valentine is going to organize a start-up based on his research. We want to give him a platform for further research. It will be useful to him, it may be useful to us and it will surely be of benefit to the country. Therefore, always “welcome”, – said Sergiy Rudkovsky, First Deputy General Director of Housing and Communal Services.
