We are inviting an experienced Chief Accountant to take full ownership of accounting and tax accounting throughout the implementation phase of the plant’s construction investment project.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently manage all areas of the company’s accounting and tax accounting in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and IFRS requirements
- Prepare financial, tax, and management reporting
- Process payments, control banking operations, and liaise with banks
- Account for capital investments, control the formation of asset initial cost and capitalization of expenses during the plant construction phase
- Oversee accounting for contracts with contractors, equipment suppliers, and consultants
- Support foreign economic activity (FEA) operations, equipment imports, and VAT refunds
- Participate in the annual audit (document preparation)
Our expectations:
- Higher education in accounting or finance
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- DipIFR or ACCA certification will be an advantage
- Experience with tax authority and auditor inspections
- Experience in IFRS accounting for capital investments, construction, or implementation of investment projects will be a significant advantage

Project Manager for Industrial Plant Construction and Launch (Feednova Center)
We are looking for an experienced manager who will take full responsibility for the implementation of the investment project — from the construction phase through plant launch and reaching design capacity.
The construction of the “Feednova Center” industrial complex in Cherkasy region is being carried out as part of a joint investment project between Ukrainian and Dutch partners. The project is being implemented by FEEDNOVA (part of EFI Group) — the construction of a plant for the production of high-protein feed additives oriented toward international markets.
Areas of Responsibility
- Developing, updating, and monitoring the execution of the integrated project schedule
- Managing the project team, contracting organizations, and equipment suppliers
- Initiating, approving, and implementing technical and engineering solutions
- Researching and implementing optimal market solutions for equipment and construction materials
- Building and developing the plant’s operational team
- Ensuring the receipt of all necessary permits and regulatory documents
- Organizing systematic reporting to investors and key stakeholders
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and target operational indicators are achieved
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing industrial construction projects (full cycle: from planning to commissioning)
- Experience in operational management of a manufacturing enterprise will be a significant advantage
