🔷 HR Function Development: audit, systematization, and improvement of core processes (recruitment, onboarding, automation)
🔷Executive Search: sourcing and attracting top-level management
🔷Team Building: coordination of hiring for production facilities and business units
🔷HR Strategy: development of organizational design to support scaling
Organizational Structure: optimization of structure and business process design
🔷C&B and KPIs: implementation of performance-driven compensation and motivation systems aligned with business goals

🔸 5+ years of experience as HRD / Head of HR in companies with 200+ employees
🔸Background in manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational businesses
🔸Proven experience in building HR functions from scratch

🔸Strong systems thinking, business acumen, and a hands-on approach
