The Role

We are looking for an HRD / Head of HR who will become a strategic business partner and build an effective HR function to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key Tasks

• Systematizing the HR function: auditing and developing processes (recruitment, onboarding, automation)
• Executive Search: sourcing and attracting top management
• Team building: coordinating hiring for manufacturing enterprises and business units
• HR strategy: developing organizational design to support scaling
• Organizational structure: optimizing structure, documenting business processes
• C&B and KPIs: implementing motivation systems tied to business goals

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience as HRD / Head of HR in companies with 200+ employees
• Experience in manufacturing / industrial or complex operational businesses
• Experience building an HR function from scratch
• Practical experience managing teams and working across multiple business units
• Systemic thinking, business orientation, and a hands-on approach
• Leadership, high EQ, business partner mindset
