PULP MASTER is a manufacturer of biodegradable disposable tableware and packaging made from primary and recovered cellulose, built on the principles of environmental, social, and corporate responsibility (ESG).
The company’s mission is to replace plastic in disposable tableware and packaging with eco-friendly, biodegradable, and renewable solutions, helping retail chains and food companies reduce CO2 emissions and achieve sustainable development goals.
Production is based on a unique cellulose thermoforming technology that ensures high precision and detail in every item, along with resistance to water and grease. Products are made from bamboo, sugar cane, softwood, and hardwood fibers sourced exclusively from verified suppliers, and the finished items are recyclable and compostable. The plant runs on electricity alone with no harmful atmospheric emissions, and plans to add solar power in the future — making the facility as energy-efficient and energy-independent as possible.
The first production phase launched in Zhytomyr and reached a capacity of 50 million units per year. In the first quarter of 2028, the company plans to launch its second phase and double production — to 100 million units per year. The project has been export-oriented from the start: over 90% of output is supplied to foreign markets, and the company’s strategic goal is to gradually replace imported plant-based cellulose with Ukrainian raw materials made from crop and fruit-growing by-products, wherever this is technologically and economically viable.
The company’s clients include major distributors serving the HORECA channel, retail chains in the professional segment, and manufacturers of household and industrial electronics, for whom custom packaging solutions are developed.
