DOC.UA integrates with Health24, expanding access to automated online booking for more than 4,000 healthcare providers

DOC.UA, a Ukrainian digital healthcare service for patients, has integrated with Health24, a medical information system (MIS). As a result, more than 4,000 additional healthcare facilities and self-employed doctors can now offer automated online appointment booking through DOC.UA without placing additional workload on their reception teams or contact centers.

Health24 is the eighth medical information system integrated with DOC.UA. Other integrations include Doctor Eleks, Lakmus, DocDream, Medcentr+, IClinic, MedLink and iMed.

Following the new integration, DOC.UA can exchange data with approximately 30% of the medical information systems connected to Ukraine’s electronic healthcare system (eHealth/ЕСОЗ). The platform can also integrate with CRM systems and custom-built software used by healthcare providers.

For clinics, the integration automates one of the key operational processes — patient appointment booking. Patients can independently select a doctor and available appointment time and book online 24/7, while healthcare providers can maintain an up-to-date schedule without requiring constant involvement from administrative staff.

According to DOC.UA, healthcare providers using automated online booking can increase patient flow by 1.5–2 times. Partners also receive additional promotion of their doctors through AI.DOC, DOC.UA’s AI assistant that helps patients find suitable doctors.

“We are consistently expanding our integrations with medical information systems to make digital appointment booking accessible to as many healthcare providers as possible. For a clinic, this is not simply another patient acquisition channel, but an opportunity to automate part of its operational processes and manage patient demand 24/7,” DOC.UA says.

The Health24 integration is another step in the development of DOC.UA as a technology platform connecting patients, doctors and healthcare providers regardless of which medical information system a particular clinic uses.

DOC.UA is part of the EFI Group portfolio.
