On June 18, Bila Tserkva will host the industrial forum Industrial Evolution: Manufacturing Powers the Economy, bringing together business leaders, manufacturers, financial institutions, investors, and policymakers to discuss the future of Ukraine’s industrial development.
One of the forum’s key sessions will be the panel discussion “The Scaling Effect: How Companies Grow Under Pressure,” moderated by Olha Batova, CEO of EFI Group.
The discussion will focus on the challenges and opportunities of business growth in an environment marked by economic uncertainty, limited resources, and ongoing risks. Participants will share practical insights into how companies can successfully scale operations, expand production, and pursue growth despite adverse conditions.
