The consultation allows you to quickly get a specialist’s recommendation and make the right decision regarding the need for further treatment. The doctor contacts the patient within 30 minutes after ordering, and the conversation lasts from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. The number of consultations for one client is not limited. The service is available from 8:00 to 21:00 wherever there is internet coverage. Qualified doctors are involved in providing the service to help understand the problem and recommend an algorithm for action but do not prescribe treatment or medication. DOC.ua is advised to describe the problem in detail when creating a consultation request, to indicate whether the purpose or results of the analysis. This will increase the effectiveness of communication with your doctor.

Quarter Partners Private Investment Fund invested in the purchase of shares in the DOС.ua project, the first and largest online service in Ukraine for searching and making appointments with a doctor. The majority owner of the service is EFI GROUP. The transaction amount is not disclosed.
“Effective investments” was acquired by the largest aggregator of private medical institutions in the country from the Chernovetskyi Investment Group (CIG). The size of the transaction was not disclosed, but both parties note that they are satisfied with the agreement reached.
