
NovaSklo Trade, a project of the Ukrainian investment and industrial holding EFI Group, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with NSG Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of architectural glass. The agreement was signed on June 25, 2026, in Gdańsk during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026.
Under the agreement, NovaSklo Trade becomes the sole official distributor of Pilkington architectural glass products in Ukraine.
As part of the collaboration, the company has obtained exclusive rights to supply and promote the full range of Pilkington architectural glass products, including its flagship solutions: Pilkington Optiwhite™ extra-clear glass, Pilkington Suncool™ high-performance solar control glass, and Pilkington Optifloat™ Clear float glass.
These products are widely used in facade and panoramic glazing, premium insulated glass units, as well as modern architectural and structural applications in construction.

NovaSklo Trade specializes in facade and panoramic glazing solutions, combining contemporary aesthetics with high energy-efficiency standards. The company will provide direct access to Pilkington architectural glass products and technological solutions for Ukrainian customers, working closely with architects, developers, and glass processors.
The agreed model ensures direct access to the manufacturer without additional intermediaries, enabling competitive pricing, transparent logistics, and predictable delivery timelines.
