From now on and until the first of June, all ukrainians has the opportunity to receive free medical audio advice from a therapist – the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and DOC.ua, which is part of the Effective Investments group of companies, concluded the Memorandum.
“The epidemic in Ukraine continues. There are some mitigations and the introduction of adaptive quarantine. However, in the future it is important that people can consult a doctor remotely, which will reduce potential infection in health care facilities during their visits,” – said Victor Lyashko, Deputy Minister of Health – Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine.
This step proves that authorities and businesses can effectively unite for the sake of preserving the health of citizens of Ukraine during the fight against coronavirus infection COVID-19.
Online audio consultations offered by DOC.ua allow you to remotely receive professional advice, which is relevant and convenient not only with a gradual exit from quarantine, but also in everyday life. Using this service reduces the risk of complications of the disease, because you can get professional advice from the comfort of your home.
To take advantage of audio advice, just fill out the form on the DOC.ua website and wait for a connection with a doctor. The duration of one session is 10 minutes. The service is available from 8:00 to 21:00 daily, seven days a week.
