The top managers of EFI Group’s assets – the DOC.ua online medical service and the network of family medicine clinics “Medichna Zirka” took part in a discussion on the development of the philosophy of creating strategies in the medical field and the study of the most effective models of its development. Commercial Director of DOC.ua Nataliya Bondarchuk and Executive Director of “Medical Star” Iryna Sadovyak became participants in the tenth jubilee Forum of owners and managers of private medical clinics.
At the annual Ukrainian event, a platform was created for discussions between business and medicine, between private and public spheres. At a specialized event in 2023, the professional medical community discussed the development of medical businesses during the war, the challenges of the time and their possible solutions, shared the experience of improving communication with patients in new conditions for Ukrainian society and the country as a whole. A separate focus was made on the topical issue of psychological and physical rehabilitation of Ukrainians during the war.
“Networking creates a unique opportunity to exchange experience between the medical and business communities, which is important for the further development of the healthcare sector in Ukraine. We, as representatives of medical institutions, see positive changes that are possible thanks to partnership and joint efforts. Information exchange, exchange of experience and adoption of good practices are key elements of our development. But it is also important to note that without the infusion of significant funds, especially in medicine, development is impossible. The most valuable resource is people, specialists, and without their contribution, nothing will be achieved,” Iryny noted gardener
Participation in such events and networking help every business to increase the efficiency of its work, constantly developing and acquiring new knowledge that contributes to insights and development. Joint efforts, exchange of information and experience are the keys to further success, especially in the medical field, where human health is the most important task.

Natalia Bondarchuk strengthened the DOC.ua team in September 2023. Natalia has been working in the financial sector for 22 years, and more than 10 of them have been in private medicine. She developed a medical center, held the position of manager in the financial service of the Luxoptica holding, managed the emergency service of the Dobrobut clinic network, and worked on the opening of the Denis clinic.
The priority tasks for Natalya in the position of commercial director of DOC.ua are scaling up the project on the Ukrainian market.
